Favorite Motivation Strategies
Are there times when you find it challenging to get motivated? If so, you’re not alone. Consider using one of my favorite motivation strategies:
Cross It Off Motivator- Having a list of tasks that you can check off as completed is an excellent motivator. An added bonus is the endorphin ping (the happiness hormone) you receive as you cross off each to-do.
Pain Motivator- When not doing something is causing you stress and pain, the negative factors can provide the impetus and motivation to change. Notice and use them.
Cheer Motivator- When you're almost done with a project or task, motivation can stall. Play the "You can do it!" cheer over and over in your head until you reach your finish line.
