Open to Possibilities
When you’re feeling overwhelmed, possibilities seem elusive. To open your thoughts, consider these ideas:
Possibilities Pause- Take a deep breath, then another. Slow down, pause, and listen to what arises.
Possibilities Capture- Record your ideas about the changes you want to make, without judgment or edits. Save your thoughts on paper, a computer, or a voice memo.
Possibilities Commitment- Reserve some quiet, reflection time. Review your “possibilities” list. Chose one thing to pursue.
Possibilities Action- Determine the next small step to move forward. Do you need support, or will you go it alone? Continue one step at a time. Keep going until your possibility comes to fruition.
