Letting Go Prompts
Why is letting go an obstacle for some? Like many things, the more we practice, the easier it becomes. Here are some ways to exercise your letting go muscles:
- Do Easy- If you have a lot of decisions to make, start with the simple, non-sentimental things. ASK: What can easily be released?
- Do Moderate- Continue exercising by asking more questions and making decisions. ASK: Do I need it? Do I have space for it? If I saw it now, would I buy it again?
- Do Challenge- Your exercise is paying off. You are making decisions and letting go. ASK: How many is enough? Does it support my current needs? What will become possible for me when I let go?
