ChangeChange is everywhere. Sometimes it's thrust on us. Sometimes we embrace it with open arms. Other times we try to prevent it. Sometimes we proactively encourage things to transform. Consider these ideas:

 

  • Draw From the Past- If you fear change, recall past changes that had positive outcomes. Focus on those affirming experiences to help shift your attitude.
  • Question Your Decisions- Are all your choices supporting the changes you desire? Change occurs once we begin making different decisions.
  • Accept the Bumpy Road- Changing habits is not a straight path, nor is it comfortable. Accept the natural ups and downs that will accompany your journey.
